We know that choosing a childcare centre is a significant decision, and we’re here to make the process as comfortable and reassuring as possible. Your child’s well-being, growth, and happiness are our top priorities, and to help you feel confident and informed, we’ve put together answers to some of the most frequently asked questions parents have about our programs and services.
We welcome children from 0 months to 12 years of age.
Our centre is open Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
We are closed on all statutory holidays. Please refer to our annual holiday calendar for specific closure dates.
Just reach out to us to schedule a tour, complete the enrollment forms, and submit the required documents. Our team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth and easy process.
All of our educators are experienced and trained in early childhood education. They hold ECE Levels 1–3, along with First Aid, CPR, and Food Safety certifications. All staff also undergo police background checks to ensure a safe environment for every child. In addition, we invest in ongoing professional development so our team stays up-to-date with the latest best practices in early learning and childcare.
We offer an optional food program, giving parents the flexibility to opt in or opt out. Families who opt in will receive nutritious meals and snacks for their child for an additional fee.
Our program includes daily nutritious meals and snacks inspired by Canada’s Food Guide. We ensure children receive well-balanced, age-appropriate food while accommodating dietary needs when possible.
We maintain a careful allergy-aware environment. Please provide your child’s allergy information at enrollment so we can ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.
We communicate with parents through daily updates, photos, and messages shared via our parent communication app (Lillio). Our educators also provide regular feedback and are always available to discuss your child’s progress.
